requeridos ao comprador do im\u00f3vel pelo banco);<br \/>\n2) Documentos da B&amp;M Incorpora\u00e7\u00f5es;<br \/>\n3) Documentos do empreendimento;<br \/>\nOs documentos do comprador e da B&amp;M Incorpora\u00e7\u00f5es, j\u00e1 podem ser enviados a institui\u00e7\u00e3o financeira escolhida e adiantar o processo de aprova\u00e7\u00e3o de cr\u00e9dito, para que quando a documenta\u00e7\u00e3o do empreendimento estiver pronta, o banco j\u00e1 possa iniciar o processo de financiamento. Recomenda-se aproximadamente 2 meses antes da entrega prevista do empreendimento.<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #003366;\"><a style=\"color: #003366;\" href=\"https:\/\/bm-incorporacoes.com\/2019\/simule-seu-financiamento\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Simule aqui seu financiamento nas principais institui\u00e7\u00f5es banc\u00e1rias!<\/a><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Os documentos do empreendimento, depende da expedi\u00e7\u00e3o dos \u00faltimos documentos referentes a obra, que s\u00e3o o Habite-se, a Certid\u00e3o Negativa de D\u00e9bitos do INSS e a especifica\u00e7\u00e3o de condom\u00ednio. A emiss\u00e3o desses documentos \u00e9 feita pelos \u00f3rg\u00e3os p\u00fablicos: Prefeitura Municipal, INSS e Registro de Im\u00f3veis, respectivamente.<br \/>\nAtentar para o fato de que certos Ser\u00e1 entregue ao cliente uma listagem com v\u00e1rios itens que devem ser observados no im\u00f3vel, havendo alguma irregularidade, esta deve ser anotada no campo espec\u00edfico do documento, a obra providenciar\u00e1 o reparo e o cliente ser\u00e1 convocado para uma nova vistoria onde poder\u00e1 conferir se o problema foi corrigido.
